Returns
We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. Shipping and handling fee's will be at your expense unless the item(s) were damaged or a shipping error occurred.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this event, you will not be charged for return shipping!
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable at this time. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
